- You need of large eggs.
- Prepare of quinoa.
- You need of water.
- Prepare of salt.
- You need of shoulder/streaky bacon.
- You need of chicken breasts.
- Prepare of spinach/kale.
- Prepare of cherry tomatoes.
- It's of olive oil.
- Prepare of dried origanum.

- Boil the water, add salt then quinoa and boil until water disappears. Then use a fork to fluff up the quinoa and set aside.
- Fry the bacon then chop into small pieces and set aside.
- Dice the chicken, fry it in the same pan, add in origanum and salt and set aside.
- In the same pan, add more oil, add in the chopped spinach and tomato and fry until spinach has wilted.
- Combine all the ingredients in the quinoa pot and serve into bowl.
