- It's 1/2 Cup of softened Unsalted Butter.
- You need 120 g of Condensed Milk Room Temperature.
- You need 1 1/2 Cups of Plain Flour.

- You need 1 Teaspoon of Food Colouring of your choice.

- Whisk the condensed milk, butter, vanilla and salt together until homogeneous..
- Fold in the flour in batches until a dough is formed..
- Split the dough in half and place in separate bowls. Put food colouring into one bowl and mix in..
- Cover both with cling film and place in the fridge for 1 hour to firm up..
- Preheat the oven to 180°C and place parchment paper on a baking tray..
- Place one dough on a well floured work surface and roll the dough flat. Use cookie cutters of your choice to make shapes and then place the cookies on the baking tray..
- Bake for 5-10 minutes depending on size. You will know they are cooked when they have turned slightly golden on the edges. I tested baking half of the batch in the air fryer and it took around 5 minutes..
- Rinse and repeat for the second dough. Make sure to bake in batches and leave room between each cookie on the baking tray..
- Transfer onto a wire rack and let them cool completely. Leave plain or decorate with royal icing/ dust with icing sugar (optional). We had ours with some hot chocolate and marshmallows 😋.
