- You need of margarine.
- You need of sugar.
- You need of flour.
- You need of desiccated coconut.
- Prepare of cocoa powder.
- It's of baking powder.
Romany creams instructions
- Cream margarine and sugar together.
- Add flour, coconut and baking powder.
- Dissolve cocoa in 1/4 cup boiling water and add to the mixture.
- Roll mixture into a small balls about the size of marble press criss-cross with a fork to flatten on a greased pan.
- Bake in a oven at 180'c for 10-15 minutes.
