  1. First of all, we make rasmalai khichdi, take one pan, boil the milk than add khichdi and mix it and cook it, after 2 mnts add paneer,powder,essence,rose petals in to it and cook it jab take wo thick na ho jaye, than room temp par a jaye than add gelatin and mix it very well and fill in the mould and freeze it for 3 to 4 hours..
