Ingredients of Scones
- You need 3 cups of white cake flour.
- You need 1 cup of icing sugar.
- Prepare 6 teaspoons of baking powder.
- It's 125 grams of cold butter or margarine (cubed).
- Prepare 1 cup of sour milk.
- You need 1 of egg.
- You need 1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.
Scones step by step
- Sift Flour,baking powder and icing sugar.

- Pour the egg,sour milk mixture into the flour.
