- Prepare 2 cups of chopped tomatoes.

- Heat oil in a pan.Add chopped onion,fry till golden..
- Add chopped tomatoes,garlic and salt.Add 1cup water,cover and cook on low flame for 6-7 minutes..
- Add tomato puree and black pepper powder,stir and cook till thick..
- Meanwhile boil lasagna in a pan and cook on medium flame till soft.Drain and keep aside..
- Grease a 6"×6"baking dish,put some tomato salsa in it..
- Cover with lasagna sheets.Put half of shredded spinach over..
- Put some cottage cheese over spinach..
- Then some mozerella cheese over it..
- Cover with lasagna sheets,and spread salsa over it..
- Repeat the process.On the top cover with lasagna sheets,spread remaining tomato salsa.Spread mozerella,cottage and parmesan cheeses.spread chilli flakes over it.Garnish with olives..
- Bake in a preheated oven at 140°c for 16-18 minutes..
