  1. In the mixing bowl add maida/flour, sugar powder, salt, baking soda and mix well. Then add melted butter/ghee, curd. Knead well with gentle and soft. Cover with a wet cloth and rest in 30 mins..
  2. Now prepare pizza sauce in pan add ginger, garlic cloves, roughly cut onion, tomato and add water. Covered and cook for 5-6mint with moderate heat. Then allow to cool. Add than mixer jar and grind to puree..
