1. Preheat the oven at 180 °c.Line baking trays with baking paper. Cream the butter,vanilla and icing sugar together.Add the flour and baking powder.Mix through using your hands to form a soft dough. Take teaspoonfuls of dough, make balls and spread them on the trays..
2. Place them in the oven and bake for 15 mins.Leave them to cool before removing them from the tray. Melt the chocolate in the microwave for about 40 secs or till melted.
