  3. You need of flour.

  6. Prepare of fresh Italian parsley.
  7. You need of medium sized potatoes.
  8. It's of oil.
  9. It's of large eggs.
  10. You need of baby spinach/lettuce for serving.

  1. Roughly chop the parsley and add to a mixing bowl. Peel and cut the potatoes and boil until cooked. Set aside.
