  1. You need of As required Whole wheat flour chapatis.
  2. It's of as required Carrots capcicum broccoli and beans.
  3. You need As needed of Blanched tomato puree.
  4. You need as needed of Pizza sauce, mayonnaise, cheese spread.
  5. It's of as required Butter n olive oil.
  6. You need As needed of Oregano n chilli flakes.
  7. You need of as per taste Salt n pepper powder.
  8. It's of as per taste Ketchup.
  9. You need of as required Process cheese.
  10. You need as needed of Mozzarella cheese.

Healthy Veg Lasagna step by step

  1. Take a pan first we stir all vaggies in a 1 tbsp butter n olive oil..add oregano chilli flakes salt n pepper powder in it. Nowwe add onions n saute it..
  2. Then we add mix vaggies,tomato puree n 1 spoon ketchup n mix it well..
  3. Then we take a greased baking pan.at first we put a layer of vaggie sauce..then we put chapatis..then cheese sauce pizza sauce n mayo apply over it.then spread process cheese and mozzarella cheese on it.thus we make 4 layers jst like this..
  4. We place it in a pre heated kadai for baking for 30 min..
  5. After 30 min cheese will melt..n your ready to cut n serve..
