- Prepare 1/2 cup of Cornmeal.
- You need 1/2 cup of All Purpose flour.
- You need 1/2 tsp of Salt.

Whosayna’s Nachos step by step
- Mix dry ingredients very well, add oil and egg then mix well..
- Use water to bind the dough, knead well to a softer dough..
- Cover for fifteen minutes..
- Make two balls of the dough..
- Dust working table and roll to very thin roti.
- Cut in triangles, when both balls have done making triangles, poke with fork or toothpick on each triangle, so it does not puff up when frying..
- Deep fry on medium flame to crispy nachos..
- Let it cool down then store in airtight jar..
